    北科领军学者🌵👨🏿‍🚒,国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年科学基金”获得者(2018)🍽,入选国家重大人才工程(2023)。主要从事洁净钢🧚😞、高温合金冶炼及其冶金质量控制方面的研究,兼任中国金属学会电冶金分会副秘书长👨🏽‍🏭🍔,中国冶金教育学会冶金工程实践教学分会理事,《Metallurgical & Materials Transactions B》 Key Reader、《钢铁》期刊编委🚅。主持和参与国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金🏊🏼‍♂️、十四五国家重点研发计划课题、装备发展部快速转化项目、国防科工局配套项目等国家级科研项目10余项⬆️,企业横向科研项目50余项。以第一或通讯作者身份在冶金领域重要期刊上发表论文200余篇🏄‍♀️,授权发明专利60余项🚾,研究成果获“2022 年教育部科技进步二等奖”、“2022 年中国腐蚀与防护学会科学技术一等奖”✅、“2021 年冶金科学技术一等奖”、“2021 年教育部技术发明二等奖”等科技奖励,个人荣获第十一届“中国金属学会冶金青年科技奖”✡️、第四届“全国高校冶金院长奖”等荣誉🐨。
